Freedo workshops and rituals are complimented by other sessions facilitated by special guest teachers in their chosen skill. Workshops are normally all morning and evening with a nice long part of the day to enjoy food, rest, explore or have a one to one session.

Gary is an amazing person, friend and guide – the locations are all breathtaking and the participants are magical. I’ve had some of the best times in my life there and so should anyone.
